Romania Leadership Ministries is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, incorporated in Illinois, U.S.A.  96% of all contributions go directly to ministry programs.  The board of directors (excepting the Rusu's) serves this ministry as part of their personal commitment to the work of Christ in this world and receives no compensation.

Romania Leadership Ministries welcomes Special Projects donations that are directed to specific areas of need within the ministry, as possible.

  • Church Ecclesiology - $2,000 
  • Pastoral Theology - $2,500 


RLM Leadership Conferences 

  • Sponsorship of one workshop series - $500
  • Sponsorship of one attendee - $100


English Language Classes

  • Student textbook  (55 needed) - $30 each
  • Teacher Guide (5 needed) -  $65 each

Timotheus Bible Institute

  • Semester Student Grant (50 needed) - $500
  • Computer Equipment - $4,000
  • Library Books & Materials - $3,000
  • Library Furniture - $3,000
